The house built in 1897 was converted in 1981 into a hotel which offers 56 rooms on 5 floors
Before that, Rolf Putzinger's gym was on the entire second floor, (third floor American), where Arnold Schwarzenegger trained and worked as a bodybuilding trainer from 1966 until September 1968, before going to America.
